A Journey to the Origins of a Dream

The Vara ballerina, worn by the most elegant women of all time, is the icon par excellence of Ferragamo throughout the world. Just like this symbol, “Bianco di Carrara” expresses purity, excellence and pride in its Tuscan roots, the chosen lands of precious marble. The signature scent completes the refined furnishings of the boutiques and transports visitors into the dream known as Salvatore Ferragamo. November 2017. Ferragamo reopens its historic flagship store in Hong Kong, the starting point of the development of an increasingly international brand in the Far East. Complementing its stores with an olfactory signature typical of its native lands was a requirement for Ferragamo. It went far beyond Made in Italy: “Bianco di Carrara” is an ode to Ferragamo’s Tuscan traditions. Rich, velvety, and precious. The essence created by Ferragamo Parfums is a lyrical tribute to Carrara marble. Neroli and white pepper flow sinuously between notes of fig tree and vetyver. A final caressing trace of tonka bean wrapped in white musk alludes to a hand that flows lasciviously over a polished marble surface. With only a breath, you are already in Tuscany.
